Santa Cruz do Douro, Portugal

Santa Cruz do Douro is an old Portuguese parish in the municipality of Baião, with an area of 9.96 km² and 1,453 inhabitants (2011). Its population density was 145.9 inhab/km². It was extinguished in 2013, as part of a national administrative reform, having been added to the parish of São Tomé de Covelas, to form a new parish called União das Freguesias de Santa Cruz do Douro and São Tomé de Covelas of which it is headquartered.
